Return and Refund Policy

If you have an issue with your order please let us know so we can do our best to correct it. Any issues or concerns with your item(s) must be reported within 3 days of delivery, including the day of delivery. Orders are shipped with tracking. After 3 days, requests for refunds, returns or exchanges will not be honored.

Refunds can be requested when

Item is received broken/damaged. A picture may be required so we can make a claim with the delivering company.
The item received is not the item ordered.
Refunds WILL NOT be given on custom orders.

Exchanges

Exchanges cannot be done on vintage and 2nd chance items.
Replacements can be requested for SharethelovebyAngela exclusive items if not as described or damaged.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order as long as it has not shipped.
Once order has shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.

Returns

If an item is returned without prior approval, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
Customer orders returned to us due to incorrect shipping address will be charged to reship the order to correct address.

We will package and ship orders within 3-5 business days ( Holiday seasons may cause longer than usual packaging and shipping times)
We will not be responsible for customer personal information not being correct

Customers are responsible for viewing all photos and reading descriptions for vintage and 2nd change items for condition.
Customers are responsible with verifying order received is accurate and in acceptable condition within 3 days of delivery, including day of delivery
